摘 要:对三个葡萄品种浆果发育过程中可溶性糖累积和内源IAA、GA3 、ABA含量的动态变化等进行比较研究。结果表明 ,巨峰和木纳格葡萄浆果生长呈双S型曲线 ,无核白葡萄果实生长呈S型曲线 ;浆果内可溶性糖的累积主要发生在果实发育的后期。浆果发育初期 ,无核白葡萄IAA含量远高于两个有核品种的含量 ,有利于幼果坐果 ;浆果发育后期 ,无核白葡萄IAA和GA3 的含量低于两个有核品种 ,而ABA的含量比两个有核品种高。GA3 与ABA比值的变化对浆果的发育起着关键的作用。The growth patterns and changes in endogenous hormones in berries were studied. It was showed that the berry growth of grape cultivars 'Kyoho' and 'Munager' follows a double sigmoid curve, and the berry growth of 'Wuhebai' grape follows a sigmoid curve. The three phases were the following: (Ⅰ) the first period of rapid growth, (Ⅱ) period of slow growth and (Ⅲ) the second period and final increase in size (Fig.1A, B). The sugars began to accumulate rapidly at the onset of ripening (Fig.1C). At the initial stage of berry development, the concentration of indoleacetic acid (IAA) in berries of grape 'Wuhebai' cv. was higher than that in the two seeded cultivars (Fig.2). At the last stage of berry development, the concentrations of IAA and gibberellin (GA 3) in berries of 'Wuhebai' grape were lower than those in berries of the two seeded cultivars (Figs.2, 3A), and the concentration of abscisic acid (ABA) in berries of the former was higher than that in the laster (Fig.3B). The changes in GA 3/ABA ratio (Fig.3C) seemed to be the key factor in determining berry development and postharvest berry abscission of grape 'Wuhebai' cv.
