摘　　要：将文丘里喷射器用于饮食业油烟雾的湿法处理 ,实验对喷射器的结构进行了系统的研究 ,找出了喷射器的最佳结构参数 ,并进行了该装置的净化性能应用试验。结果表明 :该湿法洗涤装置净化效率高 ,运行稳定 。The cooking fume was purified by using ventu ri injector.In the process of the experiment we studied systematically the struc ture of the injector,then found out the best structural parameters,and conducted the applic ation test.The result indicates that the facility has the advantages of high pur ifying efficiency and long lifetime.The facility can be widely used in most rest aurants.
