用玉米醇溶蛋白测试表面活性剂的刺激性

摘　　要：表面活性剂的刺激性不同 ,使醇溶蛋白水解出的氨基酸数量有所差别。zein测试方法就是通过测定zein值 ,即表面活性剂溶液中有醇溶蛋白时测得的氮含量和无醇溶蛋白时测得的氮含量之差 ,判断表面活性剂刺激性的强弱。使用自制的玉米醇溶蛋白 ,利用zein测试法 ,对月桂醇硫酸酯盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐和不同碳链的烷基硫酸镁等表面活性剂的刺激性进行了评价。其实验结果与文献完全吻合 。The concentration of amino acids hydrolyzed by the zein varies with the extend o f stimulation of the surfactants.The test of zein can hence be applied to measur e the degree of stimulation of surfactants by determining the difference of nitr ogen content in the surfactant solutions with zein and without zein,which is des cribed as the zein value.In this article,we fabricated the zein by ourselves and used it to study the stimulation of surfactants.The solutions studied included sulfated lauryl alcohol,polyoxyethylenated lauryl sulfate,and different carbon c hain alkyl magnisium sulfate by using some simple zein tests.The conclusion draw n by these test results is the same as that reported in the literature.We demonst rated that the test of zein could be repeated very well and the test procedure a nd results were quite reliable.
