摘　　要：去甲去氢斑蝥素与芳胺类化合物反应 ,得到了 18个化合物 ,其中 17个未见文献报道 .它们的结构被红外、核磁、元素分析证实 ,并测定了其抗癌活性 .Eighteen compounds were synthesized by the reaction of 5,6-dehydronorcantharidin with substituted aromatic amine. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by IR, NMR and elemental analyses, seventeen of which were reported for the first time. The mechanism of the reaction is discussed. Their antitumor activities were tested by MTT method against PC-14, A2780, BEL-7402, A-549, HL-60 and P388 cell lines.
