摘  要:对我国塞蚊亚属(subg.Cellia)的大劣按蚊(Anopheles dirus),微小按蚁(An.minimus),多斑按蚊(An.maculatus),簇腹按蚊(An,kochi)和吉普按蚊(An.jeyporiensis)卵进行了扫描电镜观察,发现蚊卵的网纹、船面饰缘和船面突起的表面细微结构种间差异明显,是有意义的分类指标;浮囊的细微形态差异小;瓣突及精孔区形态种内变异很明显,作为分类特征应谨慎。结果证实,采自海南岛大劣按蚊卵的形态与A种相同,云南勐腊地区的大劣按蚊卵与前者有(?)定差异。Using scanning electromicroscope, eggs of Anopheles dirus. An. minimus, An. maculatus, An. kochi and An. jeyporiensis which all belong to subgenus Cellia were studied. The results show that microstructure of plastron network,frill and tubercles of deck are significant in distinguishing anopheline species. There are little differences in microstructure of egg float among five species. The microstructure of micropylar area and lobed tubercles shows obvious intraspecific variations, so, it should be careful for using in classification. In this article,An. dirus eggs from Hainan Province were identical to An. dirus A. Microstructure of An. dirus eggs from Yunnan were compared with that of An. dirus from Hainan,and differences were identified.
