摘 要:目的 对福氏 2a志贺菌肠毒素ShET1(Shigellaenterotoxinl)和肠毒素ShET2 (Shigellaenterotoxin2 )进行基因分型 ,提高菌痢暴发流行时同源克隆的鉴定分析水平。方法 对在菌痢暴发期间分离的 8株福氏 2a志贺菌用PCR法检测志贺菌肠毒素ShET1/ShET2基因 ,进行基因分型和同源克隆鉴定。结果 8株福氏 2a志贺菌可分为 3种基因型 ,即 2株ShET1(- ) /ShET2 (+) ,1株ShET1(+) /ShET2 (- ) ,5株ShET1(+) /ShET2 (+)。结论 本次菌痢暴发部分患者可能并非真正的暴发病例 ,之所以被归入暴发事件之中 ,可能是一种与暴发事件在空间。Objective To identify homogenous clones of S.flexneri 2a by using gene distribution polymorphism of Shigella enterotoxin1 and Shigella enterotoxin2 in an outbreak of S.flexneri 2a.Methods Eight strains of S.flexneri 2a were detected by polymerase chain reaction to identify genetic type and homogenous clones of S.flexneri 2a.Results The 8 strains of S.flexneri 2a were divided into 3 clones:ShET1(-)/ShET2(+) for 2 strains,ShET1(+)/ShET2(-)for 1 strain,ShET1(+)/ShET2 (+) for 5 strains.Conclusion Some patients included in the outbreak event by coincidence were not real outbreak cases,but multiple sources which was a coincidence in space and time.
