摘　　要：高等院校应建立学生公寓网站并使其健康运行,健全局域网管理制度,建设一支网络管理能力与现代思维方式兼备的思想政治工作队伍,把宿舍局域网建设成为加强学生思想教育和管理的重要基地。Higher schools should construct ideological and political working staff who have both the abili-ty of network man age ment and modern thinking mode through the con struction of dormitory LAN,improve man agement system of LAN and make the construction of dormitory LAN be an important base for college stu dents' ideological education and management.
