摘　　要：目的 :观察和评价羊膜在结膜囊成形术中的应用价值。方法 :采用保存人羊膜移植于结膜囊狭窄的患者行结膜囊成形术 9例 9只眼。结果 :9只眼无 1例感染 ,7天后移植的羊膜变透明 ,缝合处结膜向羊膜上爬行 ,1个月后新生的结膜上皮完全覆盖移植区。结论 :保存的人羊膜无抗原性 ,移植后能作为结膜上皮移行生长的载体 。Objective:To evaluate the value of amniotic membrane transplantation in reconstruction of conjunctival sac. Methods:Preserved human amniotic membrane was transplanted in 9 patients (9 eyes) instead of conjunctival autograft,to reconstruct the conjunctival sacs.Results:No postoperative infection occurred.The amniotic membrane became transparent 7 days after the operation.Conjunctival cells migrated to the surface of amniotic membrane and covered it totally one month postoperatively.Conclusion:Preserved human amniotic membrane is a non-antigenic membrane and can help the migration of epithelial cells,reinforce adhesion of basal epithelium,promote epithelial proliferation and reduce inflammation or infection.It can be used successfully in the reconstruction of conjunctival sac.
