摘　　要：目的 :观察眼内容剜除术后羟基磷灰石义眼座Ⅱ期植入的修复效果。方法 :对 37例 (37只眼 )眼内容剜除术后患者采用自体巩膜包埋的羟基磷灰石义眼座眶内植入术。结果 :术后 1例出现高度眼睑肿胀及结膜水肿 ,30天后消退 ,3例结膜拆线后裂开 ,1例上睑下垂 ,2例上睑凹陷 ,经手术处理或保守治疗 ,随访 2～ 2 4个月全部患者均获得良好的效果。结论Objective:To evaluate the repair effect of secondary implantion of hydroxyapatite implants after evisceration of the eye.Methods:Hydroxyapatite wrapped in autologous sclera was used as secondary orbital implant in 37 patients (37 eyes)after evisceration of the eye.Results:Postoperatively,1 patient had heavy palpebral swelling and chemosis,which subsided 30 days later.3 patients had small gap of the conjunctival wound after removal of sutures.In 1 patient,the wound healed after resuturing,and in the other 2 patients,the wound healed spontaneously.1 patient had ptosis and 2 patients had slight hollow upper eyelid.All the patients were followed up for 2～24 months,and had satisfactory cosmetic effects.Conclusion:Hydroxyapatite implant may be used in secondary orbital implantation after evisceration of the eye,and obtain satisfactory cosmetic effect.
