摘　　要：目的　探讨新生儿唇裂修复的治疗要点及效果。方法　采用眶下孔阻滞麻醉行新生儿唇裂修复术 12 0例。结果　手术成功率 10 0 % ,效果欠佳为 15 % ,无麻醉并发症发生。结论　局麻下行新生儿唇裂修复安全可行 ,其缺点是手术操作要求高 。Objective To appraise the key points and the efficacy of repairment of cleft lip of newborn babies.Methods With suborbital pore block anesthesia, operations on new born babies with cleft lip were performed.Results All operations were successful, only in 15% the results were less satisfactory. No anesthetic complications occurred. Conclusion It is safe and feasable to perform operation on newborn babies having cleft lip with local anaesthesia. The shortcoming of the procedure is that it needs high technology during the operative procedure. There is no difference in scar formation in the operations performed on new born babies or infants.
