摘 要:目的 检测内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (eNOS)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达 ,探讨NOS在子宫肌瘤发生、发展过程中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学法 (SP法 )检测eNOS及iNOS在子宫肌瘤中的表达。结果 子宫肌瘤中eNOS及iNOS的表达与其对照组相比显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;eNOS与iNOS相比 ,eNOS的表达显著高于iNOS(P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 NO含量的增多可能是子宫肌瘤发生、发展过程中的一个重要环节 ,子宫肌瘤组织中NOS表达增高 。Objective To examine the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in human uterine leiomyomas and to study the role of nitric oxide synthase( NOS )that plays in the oncogenesis and development of the human uterine leiomyomas. Methods We used immunohistochemical assay (SP methods) to examine the expression of eNOS and iNOS in human uterine leiomyomas. Results The expression of eNOS and iNOS in human uterine leiomyomas tissue was significantly higher than that of normal tissue ( P <0.05).Expression of eNOS in human uterine leiomyomas tissue was significantly higher than that of iNOS( P <0.005) .Conclusion Nitric oxide (NO) might play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of the human uterine leiomyomas tissue . The increase of NO in human uterine leiomyomas was mainly caused by the high level of NOS,especially by the high level of eNOS.
