摘　　要：本文从社会学的视角，以日本社会、经济、文化发展为背景，对战后日本妇女的法律地位和基本权利、教育状况和教育目标、就业意愿和就业环境、婚恋观念和家庭角色等方面的历史演进作全面考察。从而揭示社会制度、经济状况和文化积淀对于日本妇女发展所产生的直接、间接的作用和影响，剖析现代化进程中日本妇女自我意识的特征与嬗变。：Under the background of the social, economic and cultural development in Japan, this paper carry on a full investigation into the change of Japanese women's law status, basic rights, educational conditions and educational goal, job intention and environment, concepts of love and marriage and role of family after world war II from the perspective of sociology. The goal is to reveal the direct and indirect effect and influence on development of women from social system, economic situation and culture and to analyze the characteristics and change of Japanese women's self-awareness in the process of modernizati
