摘 要:目的 研究多梗死性痴呆 (MID)患者脑脊液 (CSF)中 S-1 0 0蛋白 (S-1 0 0 )的变化及其临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫法对 5 5例 MID患者 CSF S-1 0 0含量进行测定 ,另选 72例脑梗死 (CI)患者及 3 2名正常人作为对照。患者的智能水平采用简易智能量表 (MMSE)测定。结果 MID急性发作组及 CI急性期组 CSF S-1 0 0浓度明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;MID稳定期组 CSF S-1 0 0浓度高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CI恢复期组 CSF S-1 0 0的浓度与正常对照组比较差异不显著。 CSF S-1 0 0含量与 MMSE评分无显著相关 (r =-0 .2 80 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 S-1 0 0可反映中枢神经系统的急性损害程度 ,CSF S-1 0 0含量变化可动态反映 MID患者的病情变化。但 S-1 0 0并不是一种智能因子 ,并不能直接反映Objective To study the change of S 100 protein(S 100) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and its clinical significance in patients with multi infarct dementia (MID) . Methods The concentration of S 100 in CSF was determined in 55 patients with MID by means of RIA. Seventy two patients with cerebral infarction(CI) and 32 healthy persons were used as controls. Mini mental state examination (MMSE) was used to examine the intellectual level of patients, with DSM Ⅳ diagnosis standard and Hachinski Ischemia Score as references. Results S 100 concentration in CSF in MID acute episode group and CI acute phase group were significantly higher than that in normal controls respectively(P<0 01); S 100 concentration in MID stationary phase group was higher than that in normal controls( P<0 05); No significant difference was found in S 100 concentration in CSF between CI recovery phase group and normal controls. Further on, there was no significant correlation between S 100 concentration in CSF and MMSE scores. Conclusions S 100 could reflect the extent of acute lesion in central nervous system. The change of S 100 concentration in CSF could dynamically respond to the MID patient's condition. However, S 100 could not directly indicate the intellectual status of patients, for it was not a kind of intellectual factor.
