摘　　要：结合知识的社会化、外在化、综合化、内在化螺旋形动态转化过程,把知识的处理过程转化为知识获取、知识传递、知识利用、知识创新、知识评价、知识保护的这样一个动态循环过程,并设计了软件功能模块来实现这些过程;提出了基于WEB的浏览器/服务器(即B/S)模式的知识管理软件系统结构,简化了客户端软件;最后对系统开发的关键技术进行了探讨。In this paper, combined the four processes of spiral knowledge translation: socialization,externalization, combination and internalization, knowledge processing is translated intoknowledge procurement, knowledge transfer, knowledge utilisation, knowledge creation,knowledge valuation, knowledge protection. As a result, knowledge management is morepractical to be supported by software. Subsequently, the software module structure ofknowledge management software system is conceptualized and presented, which is basedon Browser/Server Architecture. In the end, key technologies in developing the softwaresystem are analyzed.
