摘　　要：目的　了解川北医学院新生营养状况 ,为探讨防治对策提供依据。方法　用身高标准体重法 ,对 1 996～ 2 0 0 0年 5年的新生进行营养评价。结果　新生 5年平均营养不良率为 2 9.2 1 % ,平均超重率和肥胖率分别为 2 .83 %、0 .81 %。营养不良率呈下降趋势 ,而超重率和肥胖率均有上升趋势。男生与女生营养状况差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　川北医学院新生营养状况欠佳 。Objective To understand the nutritional status of freshmen in North Sichuan Medical College and to provide basis for developing effective interventions.Methods BMI was used to assess the nutritional status of freshmen enrolled from 1996 to 2000.Results The mean rate of malnutrition was 29.21% while the rates of overweight and obesity were 2.83% and 0.81% respectively in a period of five years. There were trends toward decreased rate of malnutrition and increased rates of overweight and obesity from 1996 to 2000. A significant difference was found in the nutritional status between boys and girls( P <0.05). Conclusions The departments concerned should pay more attention to the present nutritional status of freshmen in North Sichuan Medical College.
