摘　　要：票据诈骗罪当前的发案率高,造成的损失大,对我国的金融市场和社会主义市场经济的建设带来严重不良影响。本文结合司法实践中所发生的案例和对票据诈骗的相关法律规定,进行论述,期望对票据诈骗罪的认定和防范有所裨益。At present the rate of fraud crime is high. This kind of crime has caused enormous losses. It has badily interfered with our country's financial market and the socialist construction about Chinese market economy. This article's exposition combined the cases that had happened in the judicial practice with the legel provisions of fraud crime of note. The writer hopes that this article could be useful to the identification of fraud crime of note and its guarding against.
