摘 要:实际轨道结构受载时的力学行为 ,属于典型的非线性力学问题。钢轨垫层刚度、钢轨抗扭刚度和扣件扣压力的大小是影响轨距扩大的主要因素。根据非线性有限元接触理论 ,建立了能准确反映扣件、钢轨与垫层的拧紧接触 ,以及受载车轮与钢轨侧向滑动接触的力学计算模型 ;并研究计算了不同扣件压力下 。The actual mechanical appearance of railway structure is a typical non-linear problem. The elastic rigidity of rail pad and ballast, anti-torque stiffness of rail, and clamping force of fastener are the main factors that cause the widening of gauge. A non-linear contact model of finite element is presented in this paper, which is able to describe actually the contact relations between rail fastener and rail with pad supporting, as well as the sliding contact of wheel to rail. As an example, the widening of gauge, which is caused by the sliding contact of wheel to rail under different clamping forces of fastener, is calculated with the help of non-linear finite element method.
