摘　　要：针对我国化学工业发展中存在的一些主要问题 ,从信息化角度提出化工企业实施企业资源计划、供应链管理、客户关系管理等管理信息系统的必要性 ,以及对化工企业未来信息化的展望。This paper puts forward the importance of implementing ERP(enterprise resource planning)?SCM(supply chain management) and CRM(customer relation management) from informatization pointing to some major problems in Chinese chemical industry development,and describes the prospects of informatization of enterprises in chemical industry in future.
