摘　　要：本文探讨信息技术在企业再造中的作用机制 ,并在此基础上提出了适合我国国情的企业再造模式及对策。Based on the analysis of affecting mechanism of information technology over enterprise reengineering, this paper provides enterprise reengineering model and strategy that suits the national condition of China.
