摘　　要：由蔗糖和棕榈酸乙酯在催化剂等助剂的作用下 ,采用无溶剂酯交换法合成棕榈酸蔗糖酯 .在实验的基础上 ,以蔗糖为关键组分研究了蔗糖酯合成的宏观动力学模型 .实验结果表明 :该反应为表观一级可逆反应 ,得出该表观一级可逆反应的动力学模型XA-XAe=(XA0 -XAe)e-kt。The process of esterifying synthesis of sucrose esters by using sucrose and fatty acid ethyl ester in the presence of catalyst is determined. On this base, the macrokinetics is studied through the content of sucrose in reaction system. The results show that the model is apparent first model reaction kinetics: X A-X Ae =(X A0 -x Ae ) e -kt and the parameters of model are also calculated.
