摘　　要：为了正确地把握虚拟企业的实质 ,本文对虚拟企业的概念和特点 ,及其发展的背景进行了系统的归纳和深入的讨论 .在此基础上 ,对虚拟企业构建问题进行深入探讨 ,并给出一个框架 .In order to well and truly understand the nature of virtual enterprise, we first present the definition of a virtual enterprise and its main features, and then, study the motivations for developing virtual enterprises systematically. Finally, the issues concerning virtual enterprise construction are discussed and a framework is provided as well.
