青光眼患者遵医行为及其相关因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨青光眼患者医嘱依从性及其影响因素。方法　对 14 1例青光眼患者 ,采用视功能损害生存质量及遵医行为量表进行调查 ,在单因素 χ2 分析基础上进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果　青光眼患者的遵医行为与其教育程度、经济收入、费用来源有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;遵医行为方式的不同与其生活质量得分有着明显影响 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;同时非条件Logistic回归分析显示 :费用的来源、性别、教育程度及生活质量得分与遵医行为有显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　青光眼患者治疗时 ,应注意社会、心理因素对遵医行为的影响 ,加强对患者治疗依从性的知识教育 ,规范医嘱管理 。Objective To explore the influential factors and the behaviors of following prescription in glaucoma patients.Method 141 patients with glaucoma administered by questionnaire with quality of life of visual impairment and the behaviors of compliance. the study was adopted by unlimited logistic regression on the basis of single factor andχ 2analysis.Results Education, individual income, cost payment play a significant role in patients compliance in glaucoma. the quality of life with glaucoma was effected by their forms of compliance. In logistic regression analysis, patients compliance were significantly correlated with cost payment , sex , education and the scores on quality of life. Conclusion Pay attention to psychosocial effects and patients compliance in glaucoma treatment. Enforce education for patients in diseases knowledge regular the prescription,heighten the effect of treafment and the quality life.
