抽动-秽语综合征患者注意品质的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究抽动 秽语综合征患者注意的特点 ,及其与短时记忆的关系。方法　采用病历对照研究 ,包括抽动 秽语综合征患者 2 4及同年龄、性别健康对照儿童 ,分别测验其注意的品质和短时记忆能力。结果　抽动 秽语综合征儿童的短时记忆成绩与对照组相比差异显著 ,但注意品质与对照组相比无统计学差异。结论　抽动 秽语综合征儿童的短时记忆能力下降 ,但其注意的稳定性、广度、转移能力正常 ,短时记忆能力的下降与注意品质无关 ,抽动Objective To explore the attention ability of Tourette syndrome patients, and the relationship between their attention ability and the memory ability. Methods A case control study based on hospital involving 24 new diagnosed Tourette syndrome patients,24 healthy children was carried out. Their attention ability and memory ability were tested by paper exam . Results Compaired with the healthy control group,the patients's memory decreased significantly, but their attention ability shift didn't decreased significantly. Conclusion The memory ability of Tourette syndrome patients was poor , but their attention ability was normal. The decreasing of their memory ability was not associated with their attention ability, the relation between Tourette syndrome and ADHD should be studied further.
