摘  要:目的 观察NO、ET_1在癫痫发作的即时血浆浓度的变化。方法 对精神疾病符合电休克(ECT)治疗标准患者,ECT诱发癫痫发作进行治疗,在治疗前后5分钟测定患者血浆NO、ET_1。结果癫痫发作后NO、ET_1均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 NO可能参与了癫痫的发生、扩散,ET_1在缺氧状态下体内会加速释放,更加剧了组织缺氧。To probe the concentrations changing of NO and ET1 in plasma around epileplic attack. Methods In patients according with electro- shock treatment ( ECT) standar, with ECT inducing episptic attack,then treating. The concentrations of NO and ET1 were detected during 5 minutes before and after treatment. Results The concentrations of NO and ET1 increased obviously after epileplic attack.Conclu-sio NO is the main factor which causing epilepsy attack a A proliferation. ET1 increases in hypoxia state and aggravates tissue anoxia.
