血小板活化和内皮细胞损害对恶性肿瘤影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究血小板活化和内皮细胞损害对恶性肿瘤病情和预后的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫法和酶联免疫法测定 84例恶性肿瘤和 40例正常人血浆血栓烷 B2 (TXB2 )、血小板 α-颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP- 140 )、血管性血友病因子 (VWF)、环磷酸乌苷 (CGMP)和血清纤维结合蛋白 (FN)含量。结果 :肠癌、肺癌、肝癌组 TXB2、GMP- 140、VWF和 CGMP升高 ;肠癌、肺癌 FN下降。肿瘤组 CGMP与 TXB2、GMP- 140、VWF之间均呈正相关。肿瘤组合并感染 FN下降 ;已转移 FN下降 ,其余指标升高 ,手术后 GMP- 140、VWF和 CGMP下降 ,FN升高。结论 :恶性肿瘤患者存在血小板活化和内皮细胞损害 。Objective:To study the effects of platelet activation and epithelium damage to metastasis and state of malignant tumor.Methods:To detect the TXB2,GMP-140,VWF,cGMP and FN level in 84 cases of malignant tumor patients and 40 cases of normal controls by radiate immune method and ELISA.Results:TXB2,GMP-140 AND cGMP increased in intestinal cancer,lung cancer and hepatic cancer,while FN decreased in intestinal cancer and lung cancer.CGMP was positively related to TXB2,GMP-140,VWF in malignant tumor group.FN decreased in malignant tumor group which combined with infection.FN decreased in un-metastasis malignant tumor group,while the other indexes increased;GMP-140,VWF and CGMP increased but FN increased after operation.Conclusion:There are platelet activation and epithelium damage in malignant tumor patients,they can affect the outcome and prognosis of tumor.
