摘  要:以中国芦荟和木立芦荟为试材 ,取其茎段和叶为外植体研究芦荟的组培快繁。结果表明 :①外植体以茎段为佳。②适当浓度的NAA对芦荟出芽 (0 .2mg/L)和长根 (0 .5mg/L)都有明显的促进作用 ,而浓度过高则抑制出芽和根的分化。且培养基中加入NAA有利于壮苗。③初代培养和继代培养的培养基均以MS +BA 5mg/L +NAA 0 .2mg/L +活性炭 1.5‰最优 ,中国芦荟的繁殖系数大于木立芦荟。木立芦荟生根培养基以MS +BA 4mg/L +NAA 0 .5mg/L +活性炭3‰为佳 ,中国芦荟生根培养基以 1/ 2MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L +IBA 0 .In an experiment with Aloe vera L. var. chinensis (Haw.) Berg. and A. arborescens Mill., stalk segments and leaves of the plants were cultured as explants on different media. Stalk segments appeared to be the better explants for tissue culture and rapid propagation of Aloe . The optimum concentration of NAA was 0.2 mg/L for shoot induction and 0.5 mg/L for rooting of the regenerated shoots. Higher NAA concentrations inhibited the differentiation of shoots and roots. MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 5 mg/L, NAA 0.2 mg/L and active carbon 1.5‰ seemed most preferable for both primary culture and subculture. The optimum rooting medium was MS + BA 4 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L + active carbon 3‰ for A. arborescens and 1/2 MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 0.5 mg/L for A. vera L. var. chinensis. Propagation coefficient of A. vera L. var. chinensis was higher than that of A. arborescens.
