屠猪高温废弃胃脏病理学观察坏死性胃炎的病理变化

摘　　要：对成都肉联厂的9个生产日中正常屠宰的34995头屠猪的高温废弃胃共196个,经巨检分类后,对其中25例进行病理组织学检查,确定该厂猪胃高温废弃的主要病理原因是坏死性胃炎。主要发病部位在贲门腺区,主要病理变化是胃粘膜层或更深层的凝固性坏死,以大量的纤维蛋白渗出及以嗜中性白细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润、粘膜下层高度水肿及血循环障碍为特征,严重者常有细菌继发感染。本文对发生原因和发病部位等问题进行了初步探讨。Accroding to gross and histomorphologic observation on 196 discarded ventriculi from 34995 swine slaughtered normally in nine working days in Chengdu Meat packing Plant,they were affirmed that the main pathologic causes of discarded ventriculi in the plant were necrotic gastritis,The main necrotic positions were cardiac gland regions.The main Pathologic Changes were coagulative necrosos,the characters were a large number fibrin exudation and neutrophil leukocyte infiltration in gastric mucosa,hyperemia and edema in the submucosa.There were often bacterial secondary infection in some serious cases.The causes and positions or pathological changes are discussed in this article.
