摘 要:目的 探讨血清微量元素铜、锌、硒水平与恶性肿瘤之间的关系。方法 采用 180 80型原子吸收分光光度计及UV 2 10 0可见紫外分光光度计测定 14 38例恶性肿瘤患者及4 8例健康对照者的血清铜、锌、硒水平。结果 肿瘤患者血清锌、硒水平低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,血清铜组间无显著性差异 ;但复发组及有肿瘤负荷组患者血清铜及铜 /锌比值高于无复发及无肿瘤负荷组 (P <0 0 1) ,血清锌、硒组间差异无显著性 ;消化道肿瘤患者血清锌、硒水平与其它肿瘤患者组间也差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。非条件Logistic回归分析表明仅锌、硒进入方程 ,且为保护因素。结论 低锌、低硒可能是肿瘤发生的危险因素 ,而血清铜升高则可能是肿瘤存在的结果。血清铜及铜Objective To explore the association between th e levels of serum trace elements and the malignant tumors. Methods The levels of serum zinc, copper and seleium were determined by atomic absorpt ion spectrophotometer in 1 438 patients with malignant tumors and in 48 heal thy subjects. Results Serum Zn and Se levels were significantly l ower in patients with malignant tumors than in healthy subjects ( P <0 01); w hile the difference in Cu level and Cu/Zn ratio between the two groups were not significant. Comparing patients with and without recurrence or tumor burden, Cu level and Cu/Zn ratio were significantly higher in the former group than in the later group ( P <0 01), while no difference in serum Zn and Se was found betw een the two groups. With regard to patients with digestive tract tumors and pati ents with other tumors, serum Zn and Se exhibited no difference. Multivariable L ogistic regression analysis showed that only Zn and Se were protective factors. Conclusion Low Zn and Se might be risk factors causing tumors; wh ile high Cu and Cu/Zn ratio may be the results of existing tumor.
