摘　　要：目的　探讨单颌固定、颌间牵引固定、微型钛板坚固内固定 3种方法治疗下颌骨骨折的疗效。方法　 10 7例病例中 ,给予单颌固定 11例、颌间牵引固定 74例、微型钛板坚固内固定 2 2例。结果　单颌固定成功率 6 3 6 4 % (7/ 11)、颌间牵引固定成功率 71 6 2 % (5 3/ 74 )、微型钛板坚固内固定成功率 95 4 5 % (2 1/ 2 2 )。Objective To investigate medical effect of t reating mandible fracture by single mandibular fixation, maxillomandibular fixat ion and internal mandibular fixation by mini titanic steel. Methods A total of 107 cases were treated using different methods including 11 cas es by single mandibular fixation, 74 cases by maxillomandibular fixation and 22 cases by internal mandibular fixation by mini titanic steel. Results The ratio of success of the three methods is 63 64%(7/11), 71 62%(53/7 4) and 95 45%(21/22) respectively. Conclusion The technique o f the internal mandibular fixation by mini titanic steel is the ideal method f or treating mandibular fracture.
