心理干预在戒毒者自尊心培养中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨心理干预在戒毒中对提高戒毒者自尊心的效果。方法 :运用集体讲座、情境模拟治疗、心理剧等形式 ,对 96例强制戒毒者进行心理干预 ,以同期 12 8例强制戒毒者作为对照 ,并使用自尊调查量表在治疗前后两次评定。结果 :经过 2 5月的干预 ,实验组自尊心有显著提高 (t =4 3 0 ,P <0 0 1) ;对照组没有差异 (t =0 2 2 3 ,P >0 0 5 )。但实验组与对照组比较 ,前后变化差异不显著 (t =1 3 8,P >0 0 5 )。结论 :采用心理干预的方法对培养戒毒者的自尊心有很好的效果 。Objective:to study the effect of psychological intervention on self-esteem of the addicts during detoxification Method:96 patients depended on heroin received psychological intervention on self-esteem 128 patients in detoxification were collected as control Both groups received twice assessments of self-esteem before intervention and after 2 5 months Result:after 2 5 months'intervention, the study group improved significantly in self-esteem test, while the difference of the control group had no significance Conclusion:psychological intervention can improve self-esteem of addicts in their detoxification
