摘　　要：目的 :探讨社区康复疗法治疗晚发性精神分裂症的综合效果。方法 :将 76例晚发性精神分裂症患者 ,随机分为住院治疗组和社区康复组进行 1至 3个月的治疗 ,半年后随访。用BPRS减分率评定疗效 ,用SDSS减分率评定社会功能缺陷变化 ,用直接费用核算法分析治疗成本与费用。结果 :两组疗效相当 ,但社区康复组的SDSS减分率、复发率和成本效益均显著优于住院治疗组。结论 :社区康复疗法治疗类似晚发性精神分裂症的患者可显著降低复发率 ,提高患者的社会功能 。Objective:to study the effect of social rehabilitation on late-onset schizophrenia Method:76 patients with late-onset schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups: inpatient group and home-bed group with social rehabilitation All patients were treated for 1 to 3 months and then followed for half a year The assessments were done with BPRS, SDSS and cost calculation Result:on symptom level, the two groups were similar at the end of treatment While social rehabilitation group was superior to inpatient group as having less social dysfunction, lower relapse rate and lower cost Conclusion:social rehabilitation is cost-effective in treatment of late onset schizophrenia
