A型肉毒毒素治疗偏侧面肌痉挛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察A型肉毒毒素治疗偏侧面肌痉挛的效果及探讨二种不同剂量与疗效及副作用的关系。方法对107例病人进行面部肌肉多点注射A型肉毒毒素,5年内共注射243例次,243例次随机分成A组:每点注射剂量2.5U/0.1ml,B组:每点注射剂量5U/0.1ml。结果243例次注射后有效率100%,完全缓解87.7%,明显缓解12.3%,药效持续时间3～6个月。B组药效持续时间较A组长(P<0.05),A、B两组副作用发生率差异无显著意义(P>0.05),但B组副作用持续时间比A组长(P<0.05)。重复注射同样有效。结论该药疗效确切,5U/0.1ml治疗组疗效持续时间长,但副作用消失慢。Objective To review the clinical efficacy of botulinum A toxin injection for the tre atment of hemifacial spasm and to research the possible re lationship between clinical efficacy and side-effect of two doses.Methods A total of 107patients were evaluated on therapeu tic efficacy of multifocal facia inj ection which was given 243cases time s in 5years.A total of243cases injection randomly were di vided two groups.The doses of group A were 2.5U /0.1ml and group B were 5U /0.1ml.Results The efficient rate was 100%in the 243cases,87.7%of patients were comple tely relieved,12.3%of patients were remarkably relieved.The rapid relief lasted about 3～6months.The time o f efficacy lasted of group B drug was l onger than that of group A (P<0.05).The rate of side-effect between A an d B were not different significantly(P>0.05).But the time of side-effect of group B lasted than group A did(P<0.05).The majority of the cases had same mu scular relaxation with repeat injections of botulinum A toxin.Conclusion Botulinum A toxin local injection wa s safe and effective.The time of effi cacy lasted of group B drug was longer than that of group A.But the time of side-e ffect of group B was longer than that o f group A.[
