摘　　要：运用文献资料研究、问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,对我国部分地区中小学体育开展心理健康教育的状况进行了调查研究,并从体育学科发展角度探讨学校体育对中小学生心理健康教育影响的积极效应和促进作用。By using the method of literature searching and questionnaire, the author studies the physical education of Chinese middle school and primary school implementing health education condition; and probes into the effect of physical education to students' mentality health education.
