对我国竞技健美操现状及发展趋势的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、录像分析法、比较分析法,对国内外竞技健美操比赛情况和竞赛规则进行了研究。结果表明:我国竞技健美操动作难度数量和质量、艺术表现力与创造感染力、竞技健美操音乐体系等方面与世界水平仍存在较大差距;刻意规定动作不利于竟技健美操的创造性发展;缺乏高素质,高水平的教练员是制约我国竞技健美操运动发展的关键因素。故针对性地提出赶超国际水平的建议和对策。This essay makes a comparative analysis to the competition regulation and the matches of competitive aerobic dancing in our country and abroad. It studies the current situation and developing trend of competitive aerobic dancing in our country : the number and quality of difficult part will be raised continuously; the artistic expressive force of arranging the set of movements should be paid more attention to; the types of music will be more various; the item feature of competitive aerobic dancing should be kept emphatically; lack of high skilled professional coaches will form a barrier for the development of competitive aerobics dancing gymnastics in China. This essay comes up with some countermeasures in order to shorten the distance in the developing level between our countries and the international.
