摘　　要：根据价值工程的基本原理和评标原则 ,提出了应用价值工程评标的方法 ;并通过工程实例的分析 ,说明该方法的优越性和可行性。According to the basic principles of value engineering and the rule of tenders evaluation, this paper bring up a new method of tendes evoluation, and explain superiority and feasibility of the method by analyzing engineering example.
