单层宽边间断吻合法在食管癌、贲门癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :评价在手术治疗食管癌、贲门癌中单层宽边间断吻合胃食管应用效果。方法 :回顾性分析了 1994年 5月以来6 4 2例胃食管单层宽边间断吻合法在胃食管吻合中的应用 ,将其胃食管吻合瘘发生率、胃食管吻合口狭窄发生率及胃食管返流的情况与常规的胃食管套入吻合法进行了比较 ,并分析了产生结果的原因。结果 :应用单层宽边间断吻合法明显降低了胃食管吻合口瘘的发生率 ,所有患者无吻合口狭窄表现 ,也未出现严重的胃食管返流。结论Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of application of wholelayered,margindistant and interrupted esophagogastrostomy to surgical treatment for esophageal and cardiac carcinomas Methods:The effectiveness of the approach was retrospective reviewed on 642 cases in the last decade and compard with that of routine esophagogastrostomy,in terms of anastomotic fistula and stricture and gastroesoghageal reglux Results:The application of wholelayered,margindistant and interrupted esophagogastrostomy to surgical treatment for esophageal and cardiac carcinomas has significantly reduced the morbidity of stoma fistula None of these cases showed stoma stricture and severe gastroesophageal reflux Conclusion:The wholelayered,margindistant and interrupted esophagogastrostomy is a convenient,practical and credible anastomosis
