摘　　要：本文通过对图书馆人在知识创新活动中的地住和作用的论述,提出图书馆员为适应知识创新的需要应进行转变,实现角色升华,成为知识创新活动中的重要创新力量。After analyzing librarians' positions and roles in knowledge innovation,we conclude that librarians should change and raise themselves to a higher level to adapt to the passage of time and become an important part in knowledge innovation.
