城市反哺农村:解决城乡教育失衡之策

摘　　要：城乡教育发展不均衡,主要表现在硬件条件和师资队伍两个方面。为了实现城乡教育均衡发展,既需要资金反哺农村,改善农村教育办学条件,更需要城市师资反哺农村,提升农村教师业务水平。为了吸引人才和留住人才,根本之策在于发展农村经济,实现城乡一体化发展。只有为人才发展创造城乡平等的发展空间,教育均衡发展才能最终实现,这是解决城乡教育失衡之道。Educational development imbalances in urban and rural areas are mainly teachers and hardware conditions. In order toachieve balanced development of urban and rural education,it needs capital investment in rural areas to improve rural educationschool conditions. Moreover,urban teachers are in great need in rural areas,so as to enhance the professional level of rural teachers.To attract and retain talents,the fundamental strategy is to develop the rural economy,and realize urban and rural development. Onlyby creating equality of city and rural development talent development, can balanced development of education ultimately beachieved,which is the solution to the imbalance between urban and rural education road.
