摘　　要：创新驱动是推动经济增长的动力和引擎,为进一步实施创新驱动发展战略,河南省高新区以自主创新为重点,优化产业结构,深化体制改革。完善高新区科技创新体系,提升企业自主创新能力,加快科技服务业发展,为河南省经济的发展带来了新的动力。Innovation driving is the driving force and engine of economic growth, for the further implemen?tation of innovation driving development strategy, the high-tech zone in Henan province focuses on independentinnovation, optimizes the industrial structure, and deepens the reform of the system. Improving the system of sci?ence and technology innovation, enhancing the capability of independent innovation, and accelerating the devel?opment of science and technology service industry in high-tech zone, have brought new impetus to the develop?ment of economy in Henan province.
