外部性脑积水的CT诊断与临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的就外部性脑积水的CT诊断与临床应用价值进行分析与探讨。方法抽取我院2013年7月～2015年6月期间所收治的54例外部性脑积水患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料及CT诊断结果予以回顾性分析。结果外部性脑积水的CT表现为，患者额顶区蛛网膜下隙呈现出增宽，且具有对称性，前纵裂池呈现宽度增加情况，偶尔存在脑沟宽度增加现象；患者的额顶叶边缘表现为花瓣状态，部分患者还会呈现鞍上池、裂池增大，且患者的VT/ST率均不高于15%。结论CT检查对外部性脑积水的诊断具有重要价值，可为患者的临床诊疗提供有利依据。Objective To analyze and discuss the CT diagnosis and clinical application value of External Hydrocephalus .Methods For this study, 54 cases with external hydrocephalus treated in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2016 were collected whose clinical data and CT diagnosis were used for analysis retrospectively. Results CT images of external hydrocephalus were characterized by the widening of sub-arachnoid spaces in the bio-frontoparietal regions with symmetry, broadening of the anterior portion of the inter-hemi-spheric fissure and deepening of the cerebral sulci occasionally. The margin of the patients’frontal and parietal lobe showed petal feature, and in some patients, CT images also showed enlargement in suprasellar cistern and Fissure Cistern, with the rate of VT/ST less than 15% in all the cases. Conclusion CT scan plays an important part in the diagnosis of External Hydrocephalus, providing a favorable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
