摘　　要：文章研究现实主义向现代主义过渡时期文学作品的过渡性特点,从形式体现和内容体现等方面对比分析了福克纳的短篇小说《献给艾米丽的玫瑰》和罗宾逊的短诗《理查德·科里》。研究发现,过渡时期的作品在形式上加入了新手法和新技巧,与现代主义时期作品特有的思想观念和意旨相呼应。The paper focuses on the transitional characteristics of the literary works in the transitionfrom realism to modernism and makes a comparative analysis of W. Faulkner’ s short story AR ose f o r E m ily and E. A. Robinson^s short poem R ic h a rd C ory from the aspects of embodimentin form and content. It is discovered that the newly added techniques and innovated skills in theforms of the literary works in the transition correspond to the distinctive ideas and the intentionsof the works in the period of modernism.
