摘 要:目的:研究比较应用链状皮圈或镍钛弓丝在埋伏牙的正畸牵引治疗中的临床效果。方法:在使用螺旋CT的辅助诊断下,选取20例正畸牵引埋伏牙的患者,随机分成两组,每组10例,分别应用链状皮圈和镍钛弓丝进行牵引治疗,对治疗前后的牵引时间和脱落率进行分析,采用SPSS16.0软件进行t检验。结果:链状皮圈正畸牵引时间平均7.6个月,镍钛弓丝牵引时间平均6.2个月,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);链状皮圈正畸牵引脱落率为10%,镍钛弓丝牵引脱落率为0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛(Ni Ti)辅弓可缩短矫治时间,降低托槽的脱落率,可提高矫治效率。Objective The aim of the study was to compare orthodontic traction of impacted teeth, using chain rubber ring orNi-Ti wire respectively. Methods With Applying spiral computed tomography in diagnosis, 20 cases with orthodontic tractiontreatment of impacted teeth were selected, randomly divided into 2 groups of 10 people. Orthodontic traction treatment ofimpacted teeth were used respectively the chain rubber ring and Ni-Ti wire. Treatment time and bracket expulsion rate werecollected before and after treatment, measurement data using SPSS16.0 software t-test. Results Chain rubber ring and Ni-Ti wire were changed before and after treatment, respectively. Orthodontic traction treatment time of the chain rubber ringwas 7.6 month, and Ni-Ti wire was 6.2 month. Bracket expulsion rate of the chain rubber ring was 10%, and Ni-Ti wire was0%. Conclusion Orthodontic traction treatment time of Ni-Ti wire was shorted, and Bracket expulsion rate of Ni-Ti wire wasdecreased.
