摘 要:随着高等医学院校的不断发展,其专业设置也不断调整与增加,医学院校的非医学专业数量不断增加,非医学专业学生不断增加。医学院校非医学专业学生存在的主要问题是:专业认同感不强、学习积极性不高、就业自信心不强以及"轻学习、重活动"等。应该不断多途径加强学生专业思想教育,多模式加强学风建设;多渠道扩大专业影响力,拓展就业市场;充分利用学科和专业优势,加强学生创新创业教育。With the constant development of medical colleges, their professional settings are also constantly adjusted and increased, non -medical professionals of these medical colleges become more and more, non - medical students increase too. This paper describes existing problems of non - medical students, in medical colleges, including low professional identity, low learning motivation and low self - confidence in employment,attaching less importance to study but paying more attention to activities and so on. The relative teachers should use a variety of methods to strengthen non - medical students, professional ideological education, apply multi - mode to strengthen the construction of study style, expand the professional influence, and expand the job market of non - medical professional. Also the teachers should make full use of non - medical professional’s advantages, strengthen students^innovation and entrepreneurship education.
