摘　　要：目的:探讨神经反射刺激对脑出血急性期康复的临床效果。方法:96例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例,所有患者均接受常规治疗,观察组再进行神经反射刺激治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、中、后上下肢功能,每周参照神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS)进行神经功能评估,对比治疗前后患者抑郁、焦虑情况,评价两组患者治疗后生活质量。结果:治疗1月后观察组上下肢Fugl-Meyer评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3周时及治疗后观察组CCS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后抑郁、焦虑情绪均显著改善,评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经反射刺激能显著提高脑出血急性期患者康复进程及神经功能康复效果。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nerve reflex stimulation on acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 48 cases, all patients were treated with conventionaltherapy, the observation group were treated with nerve reflex stimulation. Compared two groups of patients before, during and after lowerlimb function, weekly reference of neural function defect score (CSS) for neurological evaluation, treatment were compared before andafter patients with depression, anxiety, evaluation quality of life after treatment, the patients in the two groups. Results: After January,the upper and lower limbs Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After 3 weeks treatment, the CCS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Theobservation group after treatment of depression and anxiety were significantly improved, the score was lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nerve reflex stimulation can significantly improve the rehabilitation process of patients with acute cerebralhemorrhage and the effect of nerve function rehabilitation.
