Objective: To study the clinical value of magnetic resonance DWI, T2WI and FLAIR in patients with cerebral infarction, and to study the correlation between clinical evaluation and prognosis. Methods: 113 patients with cerebral infarction were treated with DWI,T2WI, FLAIR sequence scanning, analysis of different imaging sequences on the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Results: Super acute andacute cerebral infarction patients the signal intensity of DWI and T2WI signal intensity is weak, patients in chronic phase and flair signalstrength is high; DWI signal in the patients with ultra acute and acute phase sensitive, T2WI signal of subacute patients more sensitive, andflair in patients with hyperacute is sensitive; low signal intensity on T1WI, high signal intensity on T2WI, DWI infarct zone significantly highsignal in the prognosis of the patients adverse has the highest incidence rate. Conclusion: Magnetic resonance DWI, T2WI, FLAIR has animportant reference value for the clinical evaluation and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction in different periods.
