摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌组织中Tip30蛋白的表达变化及临床意义。方法:60例胃癌患者采用免疫组化SP法对体内Tip30蛋白(胃腺癌组织、癌旁正常组织)进行有效检测。结果:Tip30蛋白在60例胃癌组织中阳性率为46.67%,胃癌旁正常组织中阳性率为95%,两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。Tip30蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别无关(P均>0.05),相关因素包括胃癌患者临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度、浸润程度等。结论:Tip30蛋白的低表达参与了胃癌的发生、发展和转移过程。Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Tip30 protein in gastric carcinoma. Methods: 60 casesof patients with gastric cancer by immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect in vivo TIP30 protein (gastric adenocarcinoma tissue,adjacent normal tissues). Results: The positive rate of Tip30 protein in 60 cases of gastric cancer was 46.67%, the positive rate was 95%, andthe positive rate was, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The expression of Tip30 was not related to the age and sex of the patients (P).The relative factors included the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, differentiation degree, infiltration degree of the patients with gastriccancer. Conclusion:The low expression of Tip30 protein is involved in the occurrence, development and metastasis of gastric cancer.
