榆白栓对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨榆白栓治疗大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及作用机理。方法:采取免疫+2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)复合法制备模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、空白栓组、阳性(SASP栓)对照组、榆白栓高、低剂量组,治疗3周后,以各组实验大鼠体重变化、粪便性状、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、结肠黏膜损伤度、组织病理学改变等为检测指标,对其疗效及机理进行研究。结果:治疗后榆白栓组在体重变化、结肠黏膜损伤度、组织病理学的改变、IL-6、TNF-α值方面与模型对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);榆白栓组在体重变化、结肠黏膜损伤度、组织病理学改变、IL-6、TNF-α值方面与阳性对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:榆白栓对溃疡性结肠炎有一定的治疗作用。榆白栓可能通过抑制促炎细胞因子而对溃疡性结肠炎产生治疗作用。Objective: To study effects and mechanism of Yubai Shuan on the rats with ulcerative colitis. Methods: The mouse weredivided into the normal control group, the model control group, the blank blot group, the positive (SASP suppository) control group andtwo groups of medicine. Each group, except control group, was made into animal model of UC which was established by taking immuneand 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene sulfuric acid (TNBS). In three weeks, the weight changes, stool, IL-6,TNF-α, degree of colonic mucosal damage,histopathological changes of each group were researched. Results: There were significant differences of weight changes, degree of colonicmucosal damage, histopathological changes, IL-6, TNF-α value between the Yubai Shuan group and the control group (P<0.05); There werenot significant differences of all indexes between the Yubai Shuan group and the positive control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Yubai Shuanwas effective on ulcerative colitis by inhibiting proinflammatory cytokines.
