摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCD4对甲状腺癌SW579细胞增殖效果抑制的调节作用。方法:以甲状腺癌SW579细胞瞬时转染PDCD4重组表达载体及PDCD4 NC,通过MTT,Hoechst染色及Annexin V-PI流式双染法检测PDCD4对甲状腺癌SW579细胞增殖活力及凋亡的影响。结果:与PDCD4 NC比较,PDCD4重组表达载体组中细胞活力下降(P<0.01),细胞凋亡率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:提高PDCD4的表达能显著地诱导甲状腺癌SW579细胞凋亡,进而抑制癌细胞侵袭能力。Objective: Regulating effects of PDCD4 on thyroid cancer SW579 cell proliferation was investigated. Methods: Theinfluence of PDCD4 on vitality and apoptosis of thyroid cancer SW579 cell proliferation was detected through MTT, Hoechst staining andAnnexin V-PI flow double staining. Results: Compared with PDCD4 NC, cell viability in the PDCD4 recombinant expression vector groupwas decreased (P<0.01); and apoptosis rate was significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Improving the expression of PDCD4 couldinduce thyroid cancer SW579 cell apoptosis, thereby inhibit cancer cell invasiveness.
