摘  要:介绍了太钢超纯水制备中EDI和混床的应用,从运行情况看,EDI处理工艺具有连续运行周期长,出水水质稳定,且具有自动化程度高、不需酸碱再生、无酸碱液排放、绿色环保等特点,是一种性价比更优的超纯水制备工艺。Application of the electrodeionization and mixed bed technology in productionof ultra pure water at Taiyuan Steel was introduced. Compared with mixed bed process, theEDI process had the advantages of long operation cycle, stable outlet water quality, high au原tomation level, no need for acid and alkali regeneration, free of acid and alkali dischargeand environment friendly and pollution-free, so it is a more cost-effective technology for pro原duction of ultra pure water.
