摘 要:分析海底管道在运行期间产生缺陷的类型,并统计了近几年发生的海底管道事故的原因,发现裂纹缺陷的出现是引发这些管道事故的首要原因.裂纹缺陷会引发管道泄漏甚至断裂.针对裂纹缺陷对海底管道疲劳寿命的影响,考虑断裂力学的相关理论,运用ANSYS有限元软件对管道所受的载荷情况、管壁上裂纹的长度、深度等参数进行了敏感性分析,研究了各参数对管道疲劳寿命的影响规律,并得出了管道失效的主要原因.仿真结果表明:载荷区间、裂纹长度、深度变化都会对管道的疲劳寿命产生较大的影响,其中裂纹深度的变化是管道疲劳寿命的主要影响因素.分析结果可以为海洋工程实际提供参考.Main types of defects occurring during the operation of subsea pipelines were analyzed.Recent statistics of the reasons for subsea pipelines incidents shows that the crack defect is the most critical cause.Crack defect would greatly increase the probability of leakage and fracture of pipelines.With the effect of crack on the fatigue life of pipelines and the relevant theory about fracture mechanics considered,ANSYS was adopted to analyze the sensitivities of load status,crack length and crack depth to the fatigue life of pipelines.Data from simulations were summarized in order to analyze the most critical cause for those incidents.Results from simulations showed the regularity of the sensitivities,and it was also proved that the fatigue life of subsea pipelines is sensitive to all the factors above,and especially to crack depth.The conclusion may provide reference for ocean engineering practices.
